Payment Policy

This Payment Policy outlines the official terms regarding billing, invoicing, and payment processing for the outsourcing services provided by Indus Valley Talent. We aim for complete operational transparency in all our financial transactions.

Invoicing and Billing Cycle

Our standard invoicing is conducted on a monthly basis, unless otherwise specified in your individualized Service Level Agreement (SLA) or initial contract. Invoices are predictably generated at the beginning of each billing cycle for the upcoming month's services or upon formal completion of agreed milestones for project-based work.

Accepted Payment Methods & Currencies

We accept payments through standard, secure, and compliant electronic channels. This includes direct bank transfers (Wire Transfers / ACH), and integrated, verified payment gateways.

All pricing is standardized in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) or an equivalent mutually agreed standard currency via an official converter available at checkout.

Prohibited Transactions

Please Note: Indus Valley Talent is entirely committed to robust KYC processes. Therefore, we firmly do not integrate or accept payments via any cryptocurrency processors, unverified wallets, or platforms like SKRILL. We only support verified traditional banking paths.

Payment Terms and Due Dates

Payments are generally strictly due within the designated timeframe stipulated directly on your invoice (typically Net 15 or 30 days). Continuous failure to settle invoices may unfortunately result in temporary suspension of active services.

Taxes and Duties

All fees quoted are strictly exclusive of applicable local taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise. Clients remain fully responsible for any local taxes, duties, or government levies related to the services provided, in complete accordance with regional regulations.
